I didn't tip them the long white asian man ran after me and yelled at me Never come back OKAY ? like if I was ever going to come back.

Not recommended at all.

The place is very basic and almost clean (tables are sticky). The service (by a young Asian woman) was OK but impossible to get a normal serving of hot sauce. The food was miserable tum yum soup is tasteless and served with sliced deli chicken breast, the spring rolls were tasteless also and the peanut butter sauce was old, thick and felt like pudding, certainly not fresh! When I paid at the cash with interact, A tall and very skinny Asian man at the cash,fold me that tip was not included, I told him that Left the tip in cash at the table, I told him that I found it awkward for him to ask for tip after this miserable dinning experience!? First and last time too bad since the order is so simple to make and almost impossible to ruin!

I've been to Soupebol in Pte Claire 5 times and everytime the food has been great.

I had the Cantonese Chow Mein... it consisted of three or four small pieces of broccoli, a few paper thin slices of velveted chicken half an inch by half an inch at most, three shrimps... this was the fresh part of the meal that was placed on top of the the following A huge pile of those dried instant noodles softened & then fried... lots of slices of canned bamboo shoots, also lots of canned thinly sliced water chestnuts , & an ear of baby canned baby corn cut into three. I could only eat the fresh part, which wasn't very much. Cost $12.00 What a rip off!

the soup and service is horrendous,it's a literal soy sauce soup,i could not sip past 2 spoonfuls.they did not understand,i had to order my fave chow mein cantonese and it was pretty disappointing.as you might guess i ended up paying both dishes,but not only that they did not give a dime to the fact that a respectful client was more than unsatisfied,it was more than obvious given their demeanor and lack of affability.we are rather new to this beautiful neibourghood of Pointe-Claire and to be frank this is the first restaurant where we were treated like we're 2nd class citizens.shame on them!

I must admit, the food was absolutely delicious. I accidentally vomited during the course of the meal but that was entirely unrelated to the food quality, and directly related to me laughing too hard during the meal. In fact, the Tom yum soup was amazing, the food was great, and the service is good.

The staff is nice and caring. SOUP BOWL ROCKS MY SOCKS

The food was under cooked, over sauced and the customer service was horrible. I told the waiter and he said there was nothing he could do, if I wanted more sauce. The waiter could not even suggest that I switch for a different meal. The meal looked terrible and tasted awful , I just couldn't eat it. I left the whole plate and I still had to pay a $18 bill... Horrible customer service, they knew I didn't like the food an d totally ignored me and brought me the bill when my friend was done eating.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The general Tao chicken was delicious as well as the rice and salad. My girlfriend had a Chicken soup and the broth and noodles and chicken were cooked to perfection!

Great soup for reasonable prices. Good service with a smile!

The food was horrific, my order of General Tsos chicken arrived swimming in poor bbq sauce and vinegar. My friend had an order of pad- thai that consisted of boiled over salted noodles in which we found a few under-cooked shrimp. The namesake of the restaurant, the soupebol, accompanied the meal. It was an over salted version of chicken noodle soup, and was served in a dirty plastic bowl. The service was the worst I have ever encountered in a restaurant.
