Today my wife went to this bakery the young ladies did not know what she wanted (mie de pain frais)and the superviser (not an 18 year old) was on the phone. The supervisor was notified that I client wanted to ask a third employee about mie de pain frais my wife waited 20 minutes and the supervisor was still on the phone......for sure the client on the phone was much more important....she must wanted to by the whole boutique over the phone......what a poor quality service....the store was empty one week before X-Mas......for a reason.....
