Buffet Vichy Lasalle

No question about the food but OMG the manager is very very not educated i dont know how the owner hired him to work in his restourant. Not friendly with the customers ... DIRTY BATHROOM!!! MANAGER/OWNER OPEN YOUR EYES!!!!
FLOORS AND ALL THE SORROUNDING CLEAN UP!!!! HOPE THE OWNER WILL READ THIS!!!!

I have eaten there DOZENS of times. Waitresses were always polite. Not everyone all the time but most people, most of the time...were FINE!
However as to temperature, go at any regualar eating times, and the food was always as hot. Cleanliness? Sure when it's busy, sometimes they can't clean all tables instantly after customers leave to the satisfaction of Mr. Superlative complainer, but where else can you get such great variety including turkey, smoked meat, shrimps and roast beef, for such a price !
Too many people just like to blow the slightest complaint out of proportion.

I'm sorry, rude waitresses, not clean, and the food is either cold, undercooked or just not presentable whatsoever. I truly have no idea how it is still open, seeing as how many people agree with me, here.

Fairly good but there's still more room for improvement.

There is a great deal of selection so I bring my guests here when they are from out of Montreal. The service I agree is very poor. We are encouraged to tip but with a very antagonistic approach even though buffet meals are not generally tipped.

The customer service is very very bad and the manager is very mean with clients

It's not so bad but there's better !

I feel sorry for people who complain about restaurant food. My husband and myself are seniors and have travelled across Canada. Food is important we look for restaurants who serves healthy foods. Whenever we are in Lasalle we like going to Buffet Vichy! Except for the eating rooms too dark! Makes the place look so gloomy. Please brighten the rooms with lighter colors! Have a nice day! What you eat is what you are!

Service poor, food not cook proper, still have blood in chicken, uncook frenchfreid and mistake when pay bill and now hell trying to fix it

We have been going to the buffet for Approx 10 years and the food has been great , there is Always a great variety to choose from , soemone around to cut more smoked meat Turkey etc

I've eaten ass that tasted better than the food on the buffet.

Staff's refusal to serve us in the language of our choice, combined with flat soft drinks, and being charged for a pitcher when we were served with a half wine carafe, has left a bad enough taste that we will NOT go back. Manager's solution...will reduce price of soft drinks by $1.00. Service sucked, food was mediocre. Expected better from them!

very good food at a very reasonable price.

Food was good,frog legs although were dry,not too tasty.Chicken wings are better than most buffets.pasta stuffed with cheese was pretty good,eggplant was pretty good,the strips of grilled beef were very good but could be a little less salty,fish was pretty good,but salmon looked a little dry,overall the food was pretty good and for a lot less than most buffets.Now the more critical part...the seating was fine,cutlery a bit spotty from dishwasher,I would rate the waitress a 7 out of 10 because she hardly smiled and was not as attentive as she could have been seeing as there were a lot less people at the time I went.The thing I found more disturbing was the other waitress serving in the same area...as soon as one family left,she was picking up food under the table and was cussing and complaining to my waitress..well loud enough so that the people in the area could here her dis content.Then she kept it up.My waitress didn't seem to be playing into her drama but it was sort of a weird experience,never seen that before from a waitress or a waiterfor a while there I felt like I was in a truck stop.

Although it appears to be a large selection, once you actually choose, you will find that there isn't that much.

Good quality for the price. Large variety to choose from.

Two words. Moldy chicken.
